Physical Therapist
Must have state PT license.
Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development. Plans and provides PT services in the child’s least restrictive environment as outlined in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Speech Therapist
Master’s Degree from an ASHA accredited University, Certificate of Clinical Competency, State Speech & Language License
Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Occupation Therapist
Must have current state OT license. At least one year of experience working with children age five years or younger. Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Special Instructor
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early intervention, early childhood education, special education, child development or family studies. One year experience working directly with birth to three Early Intervention, pre-school children or children with disabilities and their families preferred.
Registered Dietitian
Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. At least one year of experience working with children age five years or younger. Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
